At Double Tops Originals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to make it right. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Problems with Errors, Imperfections, or Faults?
No need to panic! If your darts gear arrives with any errors, imperfections, or faults, we’ll either replace it or provide a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing support@doubletopsoriginals.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos so we can resolve the matter quickly.
Reviewing Your Return and Refund Claims
Once we receive your email with all the necessary details, we’ll assess your claim within 1-2 business days. If your claim is approved, we’ll proceed with either a replacement or a refund.
Handling Exchanges for Errors, Imperfections, or Faults

Refund Processing for Errors, Imperfections, or Faults
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 1 business day. Depending on your payment method, the refund should reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.
Changed Your Mind?
We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. Be sure to check the size charts on the product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@doubletopsoriginals.com. Since orders typically move into production within 2-6 hours, and part of our process is automated, cancellations may not always be possible once an order reaches a certain stage.
Package Lost in Transit?
If your package is lost in transit, please inform us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our shipping partners to track it down and find a solution for you.
Important Considerations
Once your return package arrives at our facility, we’ll send you an email notification. Please note that we reserve the right to decline returns at our discretion.
EU customers have a 14 day cooling off period from the day they receive the goods. The shipping costs for returns are to be covered by the customer.
