As all of our t-shirts are made to order we don't typically accept returns unless there is a fault with your item. We recognize that sometimes things might not go as expected, so here's a breakdown of how we manage returns and refunds:
Problems with Errors, Imperfections, or Faults?
Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to support@doubletopsoriginals.com. Make sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos to help us resolve the matter swiftly. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to maintain efficiency. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@doubletopsoriginals.com. Since orders typically move to production within 2-6 hours, and part of our process is automated, it might not be possible to cancel the order once it reaches a certain stage.
Package Lost in Transit?
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, please inform us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our shipping partners to track down the issue and resolve it.
